Terms of Service

Requesting service from Cicada Lawn Care means you agree to the following terms:

• Services will be provided as described and scheduled.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
• Payment can be made by cash, check, or card. Digital payment links are available upon request.
• Service areas are limited to the DFW region listed on the website.
• Cicada Lawn Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time, for any reason.
• The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the service area on the scheduled date.
• Services may be delayed due to weather or unforeseen conditions. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered.
• Clients may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in discontinued service.
• Terms may be updated at any time without notice.
